Abstract

The importance of the study lies in its shedding light on the challenges and requirements for the implementation of sustainable developmental human rights in Iraq after 2006 AD, and the extent to which sustainable development can be achieved by adopting the approach of the two generations of civil and political rights, and economic, social and cultural rights, after which they are the main input for any upcoming development process in Iraq, Especially since it comes before the end of the time limit set to reach the goals of the third millennium by the year 2030 AD.
