Abstract

The use of the public field in the West has contributed to the social, economic and political development and has contributed to the formation of an arena for the control and participation in political power, either in Algerian society or in the countries of the world of the South, It has turned into a tool used by the authority to control the social situation and to monopolize the rule of the countries of the world of the South cannot be except when it is studied within a broader framework, adopting the political history, the social history that produced the current social classes, and that the public sphere has a strong influence through the widespread cafes In the country, as well as forums and theatres represented by clubs and squares, and its impact on power and social classes, and for this reason, the public field is considered an arena for the transition from totalitarian societies to democratic societies.
