Abstract

Palestinian refugee issues appeared as a result of the conflict between the Palestinians and the "Israelis" after the 1948 war on the land of Palestine after the partition decision by the United Nations in 1947. Therefore, the Israeli policy focused on working to deport the Palestinians outside their lands, and this is what resulted in the issue of refuge for the Palestinians outside and inside their homes, a result of international organizations affiliated with the United Nations, such as UNRWA, a relief agency, emerged in 1950 to work to protect Palestinian refugees and work for their return to their homes by UN Resolution (194) as an inalienable right to return to their homes. The policy of "Israel" has appeared in many settlement processes for the Palestinian refugee issue through negotiations and agreements "since the Oslo Accords to the Deal of the Century." The research reached conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which was that all Israeli policies did not end the state of conflict between them, ending Israeli control over Palestine.
