Abstract

Techno-information terrorism has the advantage of being cross-border terrorism, as it doesn’t stop at certain borders. Therefore, terrorist organizations have been keen to use advanced technology and employ it in their terrorist acts by spreading their ideas, principles and perceptions, and this is done through the use of the Internet and other communication networks to carry out sabotage acts against Countries, organizations and individuals to reach their terrorist goals. These terrorist acts are not limited to certain countries without others. They included all countries, but with varying degrees of influence. These terrorist acts have been used by various terrorist organizations, including (ISIS) in Iraq since 2014 and in many countries. On the other hand, the international community needed to unite efforts and work to confront it and combat these international crimes, which have become a threat to national security and the international economy. And criminal entities, for this reason, international, regional and national efforts should unite to conclude conventions and conferences to confront the terrorist crimes.
