Abstract

Concern was evident as a result of the phenomenon of illegal immigration and the flows that accompany it and reach the borders of countries in an unprecedented manner, which prompted countries to take the principle of cooperation as an ideal solution to overcome the challenges that accompanied illegal immigration, as the challenges were represented in setting rules to combat this phenomenon and finding Ways to prevent it, because it is clearly linked to crime through organized crime networks that facilitate the smuggling of migrants.
