Abstract

Criminalization is coupled with the idea of ​​punishment. The punishment  are to be discussed in this study has an international character and does not pertain to an internal system, but rather pertains to the international system and the idea of ​​imposing international punishment on countries, and this may intersect with the idea of ​​sovereignty, which is one of the constants of the international system. This makes research into the punishment for criminal acts of an international nature given the virtue international relations between developing and central countries in the international system.
