Abstract

Foreign direct investment is considered important for policy and economics because that is concerning state administration, especially those related to establishing stability and achieving growth rates. Attract foreign direct investment is one of the most important government programs and is continuing to perform its developmental activity due to the work of foreign direct investment as an aid carrier with a developmental leap if it is in line with a distinct national effort by the host country While not denying the possibility of negative results in some cases, this possibility is consistent with what the idea of research on the Iraqi case went to, As one of the most important positive effects that can result from foreign direct investment operations in host countries, including Iraq, is to contribute to improving conditions for economic development that can lead to creating an environment conducive to activating some human development indicators.
